The tank is filled to the level I requested. No damage to the driveway or yard. The tank looks fresh and clean and the employees do not scratch or chip away the paint when filling the tank. I know a bill will arrive for the exact amount I ordered and received without surprise fees or unexpected costs. I love it.
Many things, to start off with a nice email from Susan Bowen informing me of a rate if I filled the tank to capacity. Her kind email sparked my whole transaction this time, prompting me to call and get my tanked filled when I did.
My phone call in to schedule a delivery was answered by a pleasant gal, unfortunately, I didn't get her name but was from the 3602 NORTH MINGO VALLEY EXPRESSWAY, TULSA, OK 74116 Office. The tank was filled in the time promised and a receipt was left by the driver in a good place for me to find it. And then finally my follow-up call back to the original office this time I spoke with Tina, who worked with me on my over-payment and was able to credit it back to my debit card and took time to answer all my questions.
With all the parties I interacted with, regardless of email or telephone conversations, to receive my delivery of propane this time was just an awesome experience!
