Excellent service from I believe his name was Ryan, made sure I was properly fitted for my new road bike. He spent as much time with me as needed to show options in my price range noting the difference with components, fit, etc. John thanked me as well on my way out, another great experience at Syracuse Bicycle, I would never go anywhere else!

Everybody was extremely friendly… We were not left alone to find things in the store and were helped in every aspect of the sales… Follow up with a coffee for the 2 1/2 hour drive home and you have a fantastic experience!

Great store, knowledgeable staff, extensive inventory. Although they did not have my size in a couple of the items I purchased, they did have the item to showcase. When we had to order them, they found the items at a discounted price. That's a 10 in my book.
