5 Stars – Exceptional Service, Integrity, and Customer Advocacy I cannot say enough good things about Syracuse Bicycle and especially Tim. We brought in our two Trek FX S6 bikes for annual tune-ups and what started as routine service turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. During inspection, Tim discovered a crack in the carbon fiber frame on my wife’s bike. That is news no cyclist wants to hear, but Tim immediately turned a bad situation into an unbelievable outcome. He proactively handled the warranty claim with Trek Bicycle Corporation on our behalf, worked through the process for us, and delivered incredible results. Because Trek no longer made the original frame, they offered a brand-new Trek FX Sport 5 replacement, or applied that value toward a Trek FX Sport 6 upgrade. Thanks to Tim’s help, my wife ended up with a FX Sport 6 with electronic shifting, hydraulic brakes, carbon wheelset and more at a fraction of the new bike cost. Honestly unbelievable. But it gets even better. Tim stripped every usable component off the original bike so I now have spare wheels, cranks, drivetrain parts, handlebars and more for my own bike. That level of thoughtfulness and care goes way beyond what anyone would expect. What impressed me most was not just the great deal, but the advocacy. Tim treated us like valued customers, not a transaction. He looked out for us every step of the way and created value where most shops would have simply handed over bad news. Knowledgeable, honest, customer-first, and absolutely above and beyond. Syracuse Bicycle has earned our business for life. Frankly, I’m jealous of my wife’s new bike... but grateful we have a shop this good in our community. Highly, highly recommend.

I bought my Trek Domane ebike there and also get it serviced at SB. The service department is very friendly and does a good job at reasonable cost. My husband also bought his Trek ebike there and loves it.
