Everyone there is very nice and approachable. Wide selection of bikes, ebikes and accessories and you have quick turnaround time on repairs and tune-ups.
The mechanics in the service department took care of my bike very quickly and professionally.
Ryan was even nice enough to adjust the height of my seat which helped improve my riding tremendously.
I thought Dale's combination of care and knowledge was fantastic. I knew basically nothing about e-bikes and he was informative without being at all condescending - he took every question I had seriously and gave me smart, clear answers. His own enthusiasm for bikes was clear but I never felt that he was being pushy or trying to sell me something more than what I was looking for. I bought a bike that I love, a few accessories that I wanted (again, I never felt like he was trying to upsell), and feel great about the purchase. I was at a party the same night that I bought the bike and I was talking about what a good experience I'd had and three other people at the party had bought bikes from Syracuse Bicycle (one from Dale) in the past couple of years and said their experiences had also been very positive.
