Syracuse Bicycle staff are amazing! they checked out a bike I got 2nd hand for free and helped me pick out new tires that would fit my bike. The free bike orientation class was super helpful and I got a lot of information out of it and learned how to change my bike's tires!

Matt! And, Ryan! Both of whom helped prepare my bike and me for my first Olympic Ironman. A couple months ago Ryan sold me shoes and cleats and walked me through the process of clipping in. He was professional and kind- he answered all my questions, sold me what I needed, and made me feel part of a really cool community. I talked to Matt a week ago regarding a tune up and new tires/tubes. With my race at the end of June he said he’d call when he could fit me in for an overnight service so I could get back on the road to train. Matt explained the difference and value in upgrading my tires. He was professional, but more importantly, stoked that I’d have a better experience on my bike. Although I didn’t see him when I picked it up the following day, I was told he stayed late to finish the service. I’m grateful and will continue to share how cool this shop is!

Excellent and knowledgeable service on my Trek Townie bicycle. Repair completed quickly as they did not have to order parts. Necessary parts were available in stock. Very courteous and my bike responds like a new bike!

The service department is clean, organized, and well run. They notified me when they could service my bike and have it back to me within 24 hours (because you never want to be without your bike, especially when the sun comes out :) The work to be done was clear. They keep all the service records for my bike which is helpful. Highly recommend
