I was having some trouble with a slow leak on my front tire during a Buffalo to NYC bicycle tour and while the tubeless tire was currently holding pressure I wanted a back up and they had exactly the tire I needed. They were very helpful and supportive of the cyclists on the Empire State Trail (EST).

Great selection, helpful and friendly associates who are also very knowledgeable and accommodating, if they don’t have what you need they will order it for you and you’ll have it in a couple of days……won’t shop anyplace else!

The staff could not be more positive and customer oriented. Kevin is especially knowledgeable and repaired my bike like a pro. The vibe at SB is welcoming, friendly and homey (unlike their largest competitor which is just a place to go to buy a bike). If you want a personally positive experience where people care about the customer, Syracuse Bicycle is the gold standard in Central New York.

I called and spoke with dale, i then came in to see him. Dude was knowledgeable, polite and sincerely listen to my concerns, and he found the best option tailord to ME. The wgole team was great and the shop was awsome. Definitely customer for life.
