I was wowed by Ryan's great attentiveness to all of my questions. You had just what I wanted in stock, allowed me to take a great test drive, and I loved that there was a clear goal of making sure that I was well suited to what you were selling me! All without any high pressure sales....and as I waited for the bike to be readied other employees were very friendly and regularly checked in to apologize for my wait (which was minimal). Thanks for the great experience!

I dropped off my bike at pre booked appointment and it was ready w/in 24hours. I brought my other bike when I stopped back to get the original bike with an issue and it was remedied immediately. Thanks!!

Really appreciated Dale for his excellent customer service, advise and expertise. Syracuse Bicycle sells good quality bicycles. The service I received was welcoming. They didn’t try and “sell me a bike”. They tried to find a bicycle that fit my needs with no sales pressure. I will definitely recommend Syracuse Bicycle to my friends and family.
