I have worked in the hospitality field for over 35 years. I spent many working for Marriott, and have been fortunate enough to experience great customer service while on their team. NOTHING compares to the service you get at Syracuse Bicycle. I have purchased 5 bikes from them, and come in for service on those bikes. Every single time I am blown away by the customer service that is provided. It really is as good as it gets.

I brought my son’s bike in for them to look at a stuck rear brake lever. I knew the brakes on my son’s bike were by far its worse component. They offered to fix the rear brake issue by replacing the cable but then suggested that I could upgrade my son’s brakes to hydraulic brakes very economically. They performed the brake swap in 30 minutes and it totally transformed my son’s bike. He loves it! I have been buying and servicing my bikes from them since 2005 and would highly recommend Syracuse Bicycle!
