When you enter the spa, the staff that greets you is friendly, upbeat and quick to welcome you. My favorite massage therapist, Mary Louise, is incredible and never disappoints with her personal "touch", expertise, and friendly manner. I have experienced multiple staff members at Tall Grass and always have a lovely experience.

Relaxing ambiance waiting for a service a lovely room with a fireplace; a sunny window I always sit by to read whilst waiting- I mostly go to TallGrass for massage services and have never been disappointed with the therapist- each has their own techniques and touch; over time, each therapist has given me an enjoyable and effective massage addressing whatever it is that is an issue that day. Most recent therapist a gem!!! The drive up Upper Bear Creek is a part of the experience- a lovely curvy mountain road with views and scenery that make the drive up worth it- the drive down, then a relaxing slower entry into life!.

Not a fan of the “legacy fund.” Prices have risen significantly over the years for goods and services, it would be preferable to fold this expense into the already increased prices.

Dear Ms. Greenbaum, Thank you for being our guest! I do hope that you loved your facial and that your score of 8/10 is due to your dislike of the Legacy fund charge. My first instinct is that perhaps you meant the Facilities and Environment fee, not the Legacy fund fee. That said, I want to provide a more thorough explanation for the Facilities and Environment fee (the $6.00 per ticket), since I suspect that is the one that you found off putting. Last year around midyear we had a choice to make - raise prices or consider a fee. It was a tough decision that we wrestled with for some time. We don't love having to do either. But the cost of doing business continues to rise, and we are committed to providing our team members with a living wage and awesome lifestyle benefits, as well as providing an exceptional, awe-inspiring environment and experience for our guests. Raising prices comes with its own set of challenges, so we decided on the fee. Our intentions - transparency and simplicity for our guests. The fee helps us cover the various expenses we incur making TallGrass uniquely the best. Groundskeeping, landscaping and garden maintenance, firewood for the woodburning fireplace, building maintenance and upkeep, service calls, the after-hours cleaning crew, water filters and maintenance for our water system, in-house laundry systems, etc., etc. some of these costs have doubled or even tripled over the last year or two, and we simply had to make a choice. I am truly sorry that it felt unsavory after what was, I trust, and wonderful experience. Hopefully, this helps a bit. I will reach out to you personally so that we can connect. Catherine is both knowledgeable and personable. I also appreciated having someone closer to my own age to understand the needs of mature skin. What I’ve noticed from this and other facials is that that the noises of set up and put-away are amplified when lying down with eyes covered. Very distracting and not at all conducive to relaxation!

My facial with Hannah was excellent! And she seems like a very nice person! However, the amount of money that Tall Grass now charges, plus a facility fee, is way over the top! I had one at a good salon in Greenwood Village for half the price. Also, the product I was shown was $48. On Amazon it is $27. I really dislike being price-gouged even though your location is beautiful and relaxing.

Our Eminence partners will tell you the same thing. Our prices match those on the Eminence website (their suggested MSRP). My massage was pretty good, but for what I spent I was very underwhelmed with the facilities. There wasn't a proper dressing room after I showered (which is what I would expect for a spa with these prices), and the decor is very outdated.

Good morning, Ms. Brown, Thank you for being our guest! I am happy to hear that your massage was pretty good, although I do wish that you found it outstanding and beyond your expectations. Our mission is to awe and inspire, and I’m so sorry that your time with us was anything less. You also mentioned the changing rooms and décor. It’s so interesting how space(s) can affect people so differently! Most of our guests find that the Quiet Room, Meditation Room, service spaces, and even the patio are like a big hug – like a warm, cozy, eclectic, mountain-retreat with lots of things to look at touch and enjoy. And our whole vibe is one of comfortable, luxury. Our spaces are purposely decorated with colors, textures, “knick-knacks,” books, card decks, art, etc. etc. Regarding the private changing rooms, many of our guests love the privacy, but we do realize that when they are full, it can cause delays.
