The body scrub seemed rushed. I liked Montana but I felt she was in a hurry. My facial was amazing but, Ashley didn’t know my products weren’t on sale. No one ever asked me if I wanted additional services. Since I was there, I would’ve gotten a massage too, but nobody ever asked me. No up sales for anybody which is kind of a good thing but would’ve been nice if somebody would’ve asked hey, do you need any other services? It was a missed opportunity to make more money for the spa. Also, the woman at checkout wasn’t very friendly.

I just don’t think I’d pay for the extra elevations as they definitely weren’t worth it. I basically got my hair brushed for 15 minutes when I thought I was going to get a scalp massage and I definitely didn’t get a foot massage. The facilities were great and masseuse was kind but the massage was just okay. Maybe I just booked the wrong kind of massage, but it didn’t really meet expectations for a busy mom of 3 working full time and trying to find a 2 hour block of time to herself for a massage to try and relax.

I had a wonderful experience with Maria. My massage was perfect! The spa was very well equipped with anything and everything I needed. I was very comfortable and felt taken care of in the best way possible. The staff at Tall Grass were very friendly, respectful, and professional! Great experience overall!!

Coming to Tallgrass is an annual event for my daughter, sister and I. I love everything about our day at the spa. It is so relaxing and a great way for us to turn off our phones and catch up. This was our 15th year of spending a day at the spa indulging in massages, facials, lunch and time together.
