Hmm, a couple of things... Your staff rescheduled my original Spring Equinox appointment due to weather (closing the spa early) back in mid-May. The next available appointment time and day was Friday, May 30th at 5:45pm. I was hesitant to take an appt that late in the day and specifically asked "What time do you close?" I voiced that I didn't want to be the last one there and wanted time to relax afterwards. I was assured that I would have time. But, when I was finished, the attendants were bustling around clearly trying to close. I asked my technician what time you closed and she said "We're probably going to close early since we're not busy." I asked if I could take a shower and she said that was "probably fine". Other attendants were walking around chatting, laughing, and tidying up things. It just wasn't the vibe for a high-end spa. Also, as I was checking out I wanted to look in the gift shop. I noticed a cute belt on the shelf display with other products for sale. I was looking at the belt and Laurie came over and said "That's mine. It's not for sale. Also the cowboy boots and cute cowboy hat are not for sale, they're mine too." I just thought that was rather rude. And, why have these (not-for-sale) items on a display intermingled with items that are for sale? I've been coming to Tallgrass for years but was disappointed in this most recent experience. It's a long drive up there and the expectation is that one has time to enjoy the serenity. Maybe consider not scheduling sessions so close to closing time as I felt rushed getting up there and then equally rushed to leave. My technician, Tori, was amazing so I don't want to minimize my service or interaction with her.

Peggy gave me a phenomenal facial. My skin has immediately cleared up after seeing her. She carefully selected products for my skin type and as I’ve continued to use them I’ve seen incredible improvement. I’m so thankful!
