Ali, the massage therapist, was amazing!! She took time to explain where my knots where in my body in and was just so Great! Best massage I've ever had. Upon check-in, the front desk gal was terrific too! Great customer service as it always; love that! The gal checking me out accidentally put my gift card on another person's ticket. She eventually figured it out but seemed put out. She only let me use $180 of my gift card (it's for $200 and can see that on my account). I wasn't about to argue with her as she was already frustrated. So, this was frustrating and when I look on my account it does say it was for $200. So, I lost $20 and about 30 minutes of my time waiting for her, which I didn't mind because my massage was so good, and the front desk gal was so nice, she gave me free samples for having to wait. My massage therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at identifying my trouble spots, even without me having to point them out. Her understanding of the body and ability to pinpoint areas of tension really stood out, and she worked on those areas effectively and with great technique.

I go to TallGrass mostly for the massages I receive from Tori Saxton. She is a true healer and really works with me to help identify areas that would benefit from massage. I have been seeing her monthly at TallGrass for 2 or 3 years now and she is worth every penny!
