We have enjoyed the group classes (group power, in particular). We love family swim and are also impressed with the swim lessons (for the kids, but it's great to see there are also lessons for adults!). We appreciate the multiple date/time sessions for summer swim lessons, the organization of the classes (small class sizes, grouped by age and skill), and most importantly the supportive environment for the lessons. We've been happy with all of the instructors we've had over the years with both kids, but we want to give a shout out this year to Mitch. My child responded to him and we appreciated that he involved the parents as well. My child was motivated and advanced a level in one summer session.
I attend Zumba and cardio dance 101. Heather and Kathy are wonderful. They are both so nice and helpful. I have two left feet, and neither show any judgement.
Everything is nice, clean, and easy to find. I do notice children in the locker rooms or in the sauna at times and that is frustrating. There are a few of comments at times that it should be against sauna rules to listen to anything without headphones. For some of us, this is a relaxing time and while conversation among friends is fine, listening to other's music, phone calls, etc. is annoying and rude of the other person. Lastly, the only request is that you consider a steam room for each locker room, or one for co-ed.
the facility is clean; everyone is friendly and helpful!
There are lots of classes that I can choose from and Boot Camp (Saturday) with Yaz challenges me!
