Tanya Naumenko was lovely to work with. She was extremely diligent and worked very hard in many cases going above and beyond in the efforts to help us find the perfect home.
In some cases, Tanya helped draft letters of interest on addresses that were not even on the market yet.
In our pursuit of the perfect home, she walked us through potential tax increases, building codes with what may or may not be possible to do with the property’s, etc.
With no reservation, We would highly recommend Tanya Naumenko to anyone that is looking to buy a home in the Grosse Pointes. In fact, I would recommend that you seek her out.

Tanya Naumenko was always available to answer all of my questions. She gave great advice but always encouraged me to make decisions that were right for me. She provided me with the names of businesses who could prepare the property and followed up to make sure those businesses completed their jobs. I live in Pennsylvania so it was difficult for me to drive to Grosse Pointe too many times but I had Tanya making sure everything went well!
Communication and Tanya’s expertise enabled us to sell and close on my aunt’s home within two weeks! I would strongly recommend Tanya for your real estate needs!
