Tanya , was very professional and educated . She was very respectful of my privacy , which was very important to me , since I was still living in the house . She did a wonderful job with everything , absolutely loved the brochure ! I would highly recommend her to anyone else and I would use her services again , if I ever needed to !

Working with Tanya Wallace was a pleasure! My wife and I can happily say we are in our dream house thanks to Tanya. She is the most honest realtor I’ve personally ever dealt with, she seemed to know the ins and outs of real estate in Ann Arbor, and as a client I can say she understood what our wants were for our new home, and did not stop putting in maximum effort until we achieved our goal. She also sold our old house and guided us in every step of the process for that, and with her help our home was sold in 2 days. I would absolutely recommend buying and/or selling your home with Tanya Wallace.

I hit it off with Tanya from the first, when she was hosting an open house at a condo in the complex where I ultimately bought a different unit. She understood what I was looking at, and I felt that she was looking out for my interests all through the buying process. I found her to be plain-spoken, warm, thoughtful, and funny. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.
