I had a problem with my new bike shortly after riding it home. They immediately evaluated the situation and fixed the problem which was not a 10 minute fix. They truly take care of their customers. Over the years I have purchased several bikes from them and the products and after the sale service and support has always been outstanding!

Drove 2hrs from the Columbus area to get my new PIVOT Shuttle All Mountain, as there are no Pivot dealers in central OH. The guys at Bike 513 were great & allowed me to demo a couple of bikes before making my final decision. They sell Pivot, Specialized, Trek, Santa Cruz all under one roof so you can check out several different OEM’s at the same shop. If your lookin for a new bike/e-bike I highly recommend Bike513.

Staff seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products and listened to my needs. I am grateful for the help I got in choosing the right bike for me. I have a few limitations when riding a bike and because of that, I have not ridden a bike for several years. I would like to thank my sales person for his patience in getting just the right bike for me. I could not be happier with the service I received.

Products: Love the bike, I had already decided on this make/model before coming to the store. Price was reasonable. Bike rack selection at the store did not meet my needs, so I have purchased elsewhere. Services: staff was very helpful, professional, courteous, respectful. They listened to what i wanted and tried to provide what i asked for. The "sales pitch" was delivered with excellence - persuasive while tempered with careful listening and no hard pushing or pressure to buy something i did not want. WRT bike rack they made an effort to find in the store something i could live with but were understanding of my need to buy elsewhere. Overall a good experience

Very knowledgeable staff and extremely helpful to answer questions. I was able to try a variety of bikes to ensure the proper fit. I even tried them out in the parking lot to see what it felt like using the bike. They were very patient and even found a bike for me that saved me some money.
