Stopped in for a simple tune-up, left with a new favorite hangout spot! The vibe here is super welcoming and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. They treated my 'classic' Bianchi road bike like a carbon fiber masterpiece (which it is not). Fantastic service and even better people!

I purchased a set of Townie fenders on clearance. What a great deal! My wife loves her bike more than ever knowing she won’t get a stripe up her back if she goes through a puddle. It gives the bike a more finished look also. Lastly the fenders were easy to install myself.

On Friday morning I ordered a Marin bike and a helmet. They were delivered that evening, and the delivery fee is super reasonable - sorry again that I carry so little cash for a tip! Apart from adjusting the seat height, the bike was ready to ride, and I had it out the next morning. Five stars on Bike 513 and on the Marin Kentfield 1

The staff at Bike 513 is incredibly professional, educated, and kind. The vibe at the store is welcoming and comforting. Even though the staff is very knowledgeable, I don't feel inferior about my continued biking progress. in addition, I am amazed at the high level of patience each staff member displays to their clientele. You definitely sense that each staff member enjoys their job. I feel better about myself and my biking experience every time I leave the store.

Purchased online and went through a video call with Greg who was very thorough and helpful. Instructions were clear on how the bike would show up and what to expect. The bike showed up quickly and assembly was seamless. It was a great experience especially for someone buying a bike that is not in person.

OMG - where do I begin? I felt completely taken care of, knowledgeable sales people, helpful, friendly, patient, accommodating. I purchased a bike carrier and swing attachment. They put it on ,y car, had a great attitude, made sure I knew how to use all of the features, adjusted it for my bike, and went above and beyond to make my experience there worthwhile. I will definitely go back, even though it's the closest bike shop for where I live. These guys are great!
