I went to three bike shops to find someone willing to help me find the right bike for me. I was brushed off at the first 2 because I was not looking for a serious biker’s bike. I just wanted a bike I could ride for casual family rides in a pretty color and they helped me find the perfect bike. It is exactly what I wanted and they took the time to listen and care about my satisfaction!
