Craig the salesperson I dealt with on the phone was very attentive and was willing to deliver a bike I bought for my aunt in spite of bad weather and a difficult timeline I had forced on him due to difficult circumstances. i appreciated the extra effort and the courteous customer service I was provided. My aunt loved the three wheel trike bike I got her. Highly recommended overall.

Love your shop. I like your focus on bikes, and the excellent repair services you offer. I have one minor suggestion. I was looking at the new bikes, thinking about buying one. The prices were hard to see, especially for bikes that were elevated off the ground. I think you would sell more if the prices were in larger numbers so customers could easily see them. Keep up the good work.
