I purchased a bike rack for my granddaughter. Leif waited on us and put in on for her and did a great job. This same young man has waited on me before, fixed a squeak in my crankset.

The sale person and other staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Listened to me about my current bike and skills, and what I was looking for in a new bike. Explained features of the new bike in a way I could understand and relate to. They worked with me on prices and picking out accessories and I felt the prices were reasonable.

Was very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me figure out what type of bike was best for me and my goals. I'm short, 5'1" which has been a challenge to find the right fit, as well as being older (62) and figuring out what I needed to be successful. I'm switching sports, soccer to biking so looking forward to my new adventures. I have never been a biker, so this is new to me and now I feel prepared.
