Very content with Ten at Chiswick, as always. I have been attending for at least 10 years now. It's almost always possible to book classes with your preferred trainers, the booking system works well, the facilities at Chiswick are good. Reception staff are welcoming and helpful.
Pricing is definitely a factor as other costs rise, especially as at least 2 classes a week are needed to really feel the benefits. I find the pricing bearable at Ten. I'd like to do 3x classes a week but that wouldn't be sustainable for me.
I really enjoy the Pilates reformer classes here at Ten Pilates Chiswick - a large range of classes are on offer from Beginners through to Advanced with very experienced, dedicated and friendly trainers. It is not a large studio and places are limited which is a positive since it ensures that the trainers are focused and are able to give clients their attention and make any adjustments, if necessary.
All the trainers are superb here (Rachel, Julie, Charlie, Shez, Joana) and it's a lovely, friendly studio which also offers a gym where clients can take one to one sessions and also physiotherapists (Samantha Rule) and massage therapists are available and excellent too.
This studio is presided over and managed by Nina who is an excellent, very professional and friendly Manager who is organised and also maintains high standards.

All the staff at Ten Physio Chiswick are so helpful. In particular, my physio, Joana is so knowledgeable, kind, patient and personable. I would highly recommend her.
My experience at Ten Health & Fitness was extremely positive, and what stood out most to me was the friendliness of the team. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable, creating an environment that felt supportive and encouraging rather than intimidating.
The quality of service was excellent throughout. Everything felt professional and well organised, and it was clear that the team genuinely care about delivering a high standard of care and attention to their clients.
I also really appreciated how well the session was catered to my individual needs. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, time was taken to understand my issues and goals and the session was adjusted accordingly. This made the experience feel much more personal and effective.
Another highlight was the advice I received. They explained things clearly, and shared useful tips.
I love Ten pilates classes. Every session is a bit different and helps me with mobility,Strength and also mental health. I am a busy mum of two and every time I finish the class , I feel much better
