The place, the teachers, everyone is very friendly and willing to help. I had a lot of injuries in the past, I feel much better with, strength, fitness, and flexibility
I have back issues and that is the main reason why I do pilates.
I really value and appreciate my trainer, Tom, who I have been working with for over a year. Tom is very good at diagnosing problems and coming up with exercises that help me to recover quickly. Recently I pulled a muscle. Tom diagnosed the problem and gently got me back to health with new and slightly altered routines.
Bear in mind that Tom does this all on the screen. We have never met. How does he do it?!
Tom is also 100% reliable and he is flexible when I need to change my appointment for personal reasons.

I am confident with how Martha coaches me in my clinical pilates programme. She is aware of my medical condition and she tailors the programme that would be most beneficial for my health. Her very friendly manner makes me at ease when I am doing my exercises with her, she is also very patient in showing me how to do them correctly.
I had also been attending physio with Olivia and had recommended her to my friends. She was very good in helping me achieve mobility in my left arm quickly. She was very precise with the quality of exercises and consistently ensured the correct muscles and joints are exercised.
Good class sizes, nice environment, clean and looked after equipment, great classes - good pacing, clear instructions, useful optional alternatives, empathetic approach. Martha Lawrence is an excellent trainer.
