The staff are very welcoming and very accommodating. I have a weekly clinical session w Martha L, she’s very good in showing me how to do things correctly, happy to assist and direct me patiently. She knows my limitations and works with them! I can trust her to put exercises that will be helpful to my overall health
The trainer builds a rapport with you and looks out for what she knows are your weak spots. The classes always have a new exercise added in which keeps them interesting.
What I value most is my instructor Tom's support and encouragement.
Tom pays close attention to my various aches and pains and adapts our routine accordingly.
I can feel the difference a class makes in terms of my overall muscle strength and flexibility.
I'm convinced working with Tom is key to reducing and banishing back pain.
This is my goal! And I feel safe working with Tom. Which is obviously very important.
The classes are not too big so the trainers can keep up eye on us (and correct our errors). I like the studio space and the trainers are excellent - with a special shout out to Martha & Tom (strictly in alphabetical order!).
The intimacy of the class due to the small size of the reformer studio. I have been taught by two instructors so far and they were good at explaining the exercises and attentive to make sure everyone was clear what they should do and how they do it. They were nice and friendly and I would highly recommend Cara and Christian.
