The staff are very welcoming and very accommodating. I have a weekly clinical session w Martha L, she’s very good in showing me how to do things correctly, happy to assist and direct me patiently. She knows my limitations and works with them! I can trust her to put exercises that will be helpful to my overall health

The trainer builds a rapport with you and looks out for what she knows are your weak spots. The classes always have a new exercise added in which keeps them interesting.

What I value most is my instructor Tom's support and encouragement. Tom pays close attention to my various aches and pains and adapts our routine accordingly. I can feel the difference a class makes in terms of my overall muscle strength and flexibility. I'm convinced working with Tom is key to reducing and banishing back pain. This is my goal! And I feel safe working with Tom. Which is obviously very important.
