Personalized programme with a nice experienced therapist who listened and tailored exercises according to physiological feedback. I needed a prehabilitation programme prior to surgery. I saw Alexia and will be back in touch for post surgery rehabilitation support. Discount for those in catchment area. Would recommend.

Superb quality physiotherapy (Evone), Pilates (Evone, Antonio, Orla) and massage (Emmanuel) Calm, friendly and super personal small studio, front desk team are also proactively friendly, thoughtfully helpful and supportive. Have already recommended to friends who also gave it 10/10.

Having physio therapy with Alexia and completely changed the game for my recovery from serious injuries to both legs. She always has the perfect answer to any difficulties I have, and I am certain that without her I wouldn't have a fraction of the strength, range of movement, or confidence that I do.
