As always, I had a thorough follow up evaluation with My Physical Therapist, Kristina , and then a gym based exercise session under her supervision. Excellent arrangement for rehab of elderly person.
The trainers are great, the receptionists are friendly. The classes are always challenging which is good! The other people who attend the classes are also super down to earth and friendly
It's a great training crew although I love Viola's classes particularly (although they're tough when you're in them!) and the current reception team are genuinely fantastic and a joy to see when you come in. It's a 10 out of 10 experience right through. I'm a huge fan of Amy as a Physio too. Thanks !
Milos, was super quick and kind to assess (better than any physical therapist or previous masseur) and achieved great results quickly. Taking the effort to go deeply into cause of discomfort and how to treat. Will definitely travel again to plan longer session with Milos. Thanks again, Remy
The pilates is run by professionals that help you acquaint yourself with the various exercises and make minor adjustments where necessary that are effective .Its organised and they know how to motivate and challenge you in gentle fashion. I particularly like Annalise who is a qualified physiotherapist .
I like your instructors, the scheduling is good because there are several options during the work day, the facilities are always clean and receptionists are friendly in Notting Hill. I prefer your Notting Hill club over St James’ or the City ones.
