I really look forward to my beignner's reformer pilates classes at Ten Health. It's a peaceful, clean and organised venue, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The classes are really helping me to improve my strength and fitness, and Charlie Roberts the instructor is professional, helpful and approachable.
They are professional, caring and personal. They make that the session and all they do fit to your needs perfectly. I have full confidence in them and would recommend them to anyone. And my physio therapist Chris is excellent
I thought Timea was excellent. I came in with back pain from windsurfing which was impacting my daily life and sleep. The session was a proper workout. I felt 10x better when I walked out and already booked another session next week.
I predominantly attend St James’ studio and love doing classes there. There are some improvements that would make it better!

Improvements:
- Rotation of instructors quarterly - it’s nice to see the same instructor because you get in a rhythm, however, sometimes classes can become monotonous and not all instructors are as good as others. Christopher Mandac / Emily Clarke / Weronika are great, and I had a cover class by Christian Coker who was AMAZING. I really like Dario as a person, but he just isn’t as good as the other instructors and I notice his classes have a much lower attendance, the pace is too slow and I come out feeling bored and like I’ve barely done anything which feels like a waste of money.

I had several sessions with Nikki for my lower back, and she was fantastic. She was energetic, professional, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. I really appreciated her help and support throughout my physiotherapy
