Entire experience. Tourist Town I live in- has snarky owners and/ or very disorganized salons. There are maybe two in our area that might be OK. Ten Salon is a breath of fresh air- skilled professionals and they like people! Paige us awesome!

Katherine is our favorite she is the reason we ( my daughter and i) come to ten salon. She consistently does a great job , she's kind and sweet she doesn't short change her customers. I've had others i scheduled for 4 hours and they needed to leave so I had to leave without a hair cut or full highlight I've been coming to this salon since the original owner Annalise owned it. I have had several stylist over the years. Some I would never recommend and are no longer there.

I was in the area and was able to get a last minute appointment with Carlos because of a no-show. He did such a great job that I returned a week later with my daughter who has damaged hair and needed a cut but was scared to trust anyone with her long locks. Once again, Carlos worked magic. He’s personable and professional — far beyond someone who just knows how to cut hair. We’ll be back! Note that the salon runs a tight ship; do not be more than ten minutes late and expect to keep your slot. A couple of the front desk gals could chill sweet tea, bless their hearts, but everyone is very professional.
