You have very friendly techie's that come out to the house. They let us know what day they will be arriving. On said day they will call us with the time frame they expect to arrive. Once here they explain what they are going to do. Insure that our animals are in the home when spraying outside. Finally when done they explain if we have any issues before our next scheduled appointment we can call and they will return and take care of the issue.
