The technicians communicate when they will arrive and send a concise report upon completion of visit.

Our technician, Matt Lupi, is terrific. It is, however, very difficult to communicate directly with local office when there is an issue with the inclusion contract. Everything goes through the 800 number.

Patrick always stays in touch with when to treat our property. Not only to check and see when the snow may be finally gone from the foundation but also he checks to make sure we have no backyard activities planned. If necessary, he reschedules.
