The technician is friendly and dependable. He tells me exactly what he is going to do and informs me when he's done. He listens to my concerns and does his best to address them. I would have given a ten, but I have yet to see the inspector who was supposed to inspect my house for specific treatment. Other than that one oversight, I have no other complaints.

I called to have Terminix to come back to my home for an added problem. They scheduled me a day with no charge. Keith came out and explained my moth problem. Since then I have removed the food from my pantry that was causing the problem. I am very pleased with Terminix. Keith is so nice and professional. Thank you

The workers are work with my schedule and make appointments that work with me. They show up when the appointment time is expected or text if they are gonna be late. I have had no problems with insects or mice in thw house since I started using Terminix.
