Kenneth Roy does a terrific job on the quarterly service. First of all he texts you the day before he comes with a time-frame when he should show up then texts you when he is enroute to your home. He does a great job in all areas from inside your home & exterior. I think all personnel that come should give an advance notice of their arrival time.
