My agent, Jared Trexler, has been serving us since we began using Terminix. He always gives me a text to let me know when he will be here and approximately what time. We have a fence with gates for our dogs, and he makes sure the gates are closed and secure after he is finished.
Last week, I texted him that we had a hornets nest. I sent him a photo and a video. He came as soon as he had an opening. He gives a full report of what he did each time he is here. I hope he never leaves Terminix!
Jason, our service technician, is very friendly, thoughtful, and informative. We always receive notice before arrival, upon arrival, and followup information after completion of service.
After being with Terminex for many years, there was a minor hiccup with our service... Service manager Ray did everything he could to make it right. We are pleased to announce that our pest control tech Henry is back doing the pest service, and our termite tech is one of the best in the business... Communication is really one of their top qualities, and they really go above and beyond expectations to make sure we are happy with the services that they provide... Long time customers because we feel that this company really does care and value us as consumers...
We had been using Terminix for so long and they never let us down. Henry is very good and responsive. We are just happy with the services. The price is increasing, but we understand to a point.
