Jason Brown, the technician who treated my pest problem was friendly, professional and entirely thorough. He took the time to understand my pest situation, made a detailed evaluation and then explained how he would treat the problem and the results I should expect. He took the time to explain how the ants colonize and how they entered my house. The treatment he applied had almost an immediate effect and the ants were more or less gone by the next day. Jason also did a detailed walk around my property and pointed out other potential areas that might become future problems. He plans to make a return visit to inspect the effected area and apply additional treatment if necessary. He also plans to address another pest issue around my deck that he observed on his initial visit. Clearly Jason's professional and friendly approach to his job speaks well for Terminex's reputation
