We're very happy & satisfied with TERMINIX & the service they provide. The serviceman ALWAYS contacts you day before coming to your home - then texts when he is on his way the day he arrives. Follows up with what he did; sends you a report; keeps in touch via text & email. Whenever there is a major concern of ants, mice etc., they CONSTANTLY follow up until the problem is resolved. Always monthly visits for maintenance certain times of year. This is the BEST decision we've made to have them. J. Nardelli
