Mike Ake is awesome. He reaches out to us well in advance of our appointment, which allows us time to ensure that our yard and home are accessible. He does an excellent job in providing service to our home and is quick to provide a service report which outlines not only the service that he performed, but more importantly, any/all issues that he has identified. This has been extremely valuable to us so that we can stay on top of pest management, maintenance, and overall appearance of our home.

I have a problem with the way we are given a text message to tell us our service call is scheduled for a particular date without first checking with us that the date is good for us. Fortunately, this time we were available for the date chosen by Terminix, but this has not always been the case in the past. We should be contacted first to see if a date is good for us before it is scheduled.
Service technician was polite, courteous, efficient. No problem with him.
