Always follow up with text messages and shows up when they're supposed to. Only complaint that I have on the annual renewal I make payments divided up in 3 payments only way to do it now online is one lump sum. I can call into 800 # and they will take monthly payments which to me is a waste of time I used to be able to make monthly payments myself online have been with Terminix for 20 plus yrs.
