When the person calls to let me know that they are coming between what hours and they show up in that given time they are very respectful and explain in detail what they are doing how it’s working and if I have questions, they won’t answer them right away, also if I have to have them come in earlier all I have to do and they answer right away thank you so much

This review is for Mike Ake specifically. Mike seemed to be very competent and knowledgeable about the pest control carried out inside and outside our home. He was efficient and pleasant doing the work and communicating with us. We've been using Terminix since moving to Amarillo in 2000. All the pest technicians over the years have done a very good job like Mike Ake. My thanks to Terminix for preventing infestations and dealing quickly with the few issues which have arisen over the years.
