Kendre was professional and friendly. He was receptive to my queries and diligent in finding several possible entry ways a mouse might have entered and died in the house. Returning after a weeks vacation I called Terminix. Kendre was very thorough, checking both inside the basement and outside the parameters of our home. He sealed the exterior of the steps and foundation where the breakthrough occurred. I feel great having had this service available to us and knowing the job was well done. Many thanks! Ariel Sanchez, the technician you sent for the rodent exclusion and the 3-week follow up was very professionally, courteous, on time. He answered all our questions.
