The technician that came out took time to understand the immediate issue we had going on. He inspected the areas and explained the problem and treatment. Upon completion he explained and reiterated the importance for us to stay out of the house. So far, I am not seeing any fleas. However, he did let me know that if there were any problems or concerns to give him a call & he gave me his card. Thank you Terminex and Sam.

I am very pleased with my service from Terminix! My service specialist Michael Beck has been my specialist for years now and he does an extremely excellent job each visit. He is extremely dedicated to his job with extreme dedication to his customer.! I have managed many departments in another field "medical' & I recognize good quality help & Michael fits this bill. I hope Terminix appreciates him as much as his customers do. EXCELLENT JOB TERMINIX!!!!!!!

Michael Beck is a great technician! He has been doing our pest control for many years now. He is always thorough and does a great job. He listens to any concerns we may have. He is very friendly and we enjoy having him in our house. He is a great assest to Terminix.

Brady is excellent. He was here to check my termite traps and was willing to look at some holes in my side yard to determine if they were from Snakes, critters or from the trees that were removed. He also checked my crawl space dehumidifier and cleaned the filter for me. I had no idea that was even a thing that needed doing. I have been solicited multiple times to switch from your service, but remain loyal due to the exceptional care and service I receive from your employees. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
