There was some miscommunication as to when there would be a follow up appointment otherwise things went mostly as planned. I wish the bat cone could have been left permanently in place to prevent any more bat problems but it was removed after all the bats left.

The Pest control technician does a top notch job. He is very polite and very helpful.You can tell he loves his job. Can't say so much for the Termite Technician he is only interested in trying to sell something that isn't necessary. Have used this company for many years,but don't like being taken advantage of by trying to sell me something that isn't necessary when checking for Termites---Be careful of your outside sales Representative!!!!
