We have an excellent knowledgeable technician in Ben. Notifies us the day before he is going to be in the area and then the day of his arrival sends a text letting us know he is on the way. Always encourages us to call if there are any issues in between scheduled services.

I’m still waiting for f/u on removing the external one way cage installed last year on my garage. The technician who comes says he can’t remove it but will check with his supervisor. This was the 3rd visit with the same outcome. No f/u and cage is still there.
