Would give higher rating but pricing is high and wasps nests were not taken care of last visit. Company soliciting our business (Ecoshield) pointed out wasps nests and some missed things

Anthony is the best ! He is trusted with our family now. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is having the inspection yearly should be Anthony as he knows my house and he is Trusted.. I'm quite sure the inspection that's done annually can find something every time costing us a lot of money.

We have had good coverage in 2 different locations for many years with Terminix. Sometimes we want extra explanations for the service and the requirements such as timing. So we try to comunicate with our service provider.

Joe Rausch was prompt, checked the basementfor any activity, and then the outside around our unit. He's been a pleasure to work with.

The terminix person always comes to the door before he begins and tells me what he is going to do and asks if I have any concerns. If I do he attends to them. Also he leaves a report when he is done. Tells me to call and they will come back if something isn’t done right.
