The primary reason that I stay with Terminix for so many years, we’re talking 30 years pretty much since you were Sears. The reason that I stay with Terminix is because the technicians provide provides such personal service for for instance right now my technician is Joe and he has been Joe Garcia has been our technician for a couple of years now And I am 105% pleased with the service that Joe provides personal quality and it is individuals like Joe Garcia that make me a satisfied Terminix customer. In addition every time that I call on the phone, the person that I’ve talked to is knowledgeable and all I can say that they have excellent training so that must have something to do with the quality of the management as well.

Tech and pest control service are fine. The mosquito service is a waste of money. Tech tries hard but spray is no good. Gets rid of mosquitos for a day or two then they are back in full force.

The technician, Anthony Santiago, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time ad handled our inspection very well.
