I have been a customer with Terminix for several years and they have done a great job. I have had the same technician, Jacob Miller and he has always been very professional and explains everything he does in the yard.
My only complain is the communication between the corporate office and the local office. When I asked if there was someone I could call locally I was told that wasn't possible. The Terminix located in my city is very close to me. The problem has been that when they say they'll come they don't and given a different time/dates. Another time one person was already scheduled then I was contacted by someone else trying to set up an appointment.
This is the first time they came when I was told, because I made it clear someone has to come on the date/time given to me. One of the termite pod was to be replaced because it was broken by an excavator that got too close to my home. They were trying to get into my neighbor's yard and I have no clue why they got so close to my home.
Jacob is a thorough and knowledgeable tech. As long as we deal with him, experience is a 10. If we have to deal with the website or 800 number, it's a 5.
Terminix always follows up on problems that they are solving or have already solved. They are always available to listen if I have a problem and they try to come to my home to check on any problem in a reasonable time.
