I give a 10 because the company is very professional. I love when the tech text me to let me know that he is on his way and how he services my home. I have been with Terminix for years and I have added an extra house (my daughter-in-law) to get service. I love the company. The tech that comes out we loves him and his services. He is very nice guy and he tells us what he is doing and if their a problem he definitely tell us.
