Due to the fact that I appreciate Mr Sheldon Weekley, our technician for his professionalism, promptness, and preciseness. I love the text introduction before ever meeting him, and being informed when he’s in route to your address. I appreciate the knowledge and accurate information provided by the technician upon him completing the service. Mr. Weekley is an awesome technician, it is due to his performance the reason I scored a 10; although the yearly maintenance fee is steep. Thanks for providing technicians who really are informed and know what they’re doing is the #1 reason high score so high. You can have a good product, but if the technicians are not knowledgeable or professional, he just wouldn’t be good for the company. Blessings!

I don't have to worry about termites in this area rich in termite colonies because of Terminix. The bait cups are inspected yearly for signs of termites with negative activity. It's hard to beat such good service.
