Dallas is a great bug man, he calls or texts before he is due and after he is down with the info. I know this is his job but he is good and thorough and always greets me. He is very nice.

I think I say this every time, and my answer remains the same. I am most satisfied with Terminix because of the technician that comes to my home and takes care of my property. Casey Daniels is professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the pests that threaten to take over my home sometimes. I have saved bugs and asked him what they were and he always tells me what it is and gives me details about what attracts them, if they are seasonal, etc.

Professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, effective listening to determine the SPECIFIC needs of my home, realizing that my HOUSE IS MY HOME - NOT JUST A STRUCTURE, working with me CLOSELY and COMPASSIONATELY with scheduling - my 90 yr old bed-ridden Mother's HEALTH factors were taken into account when Josh & Johnny REscheduled with me - TWICE - to accommodate her health crises!!
