I came to Terminix when my previous pest control company was not going to serve Bakersfield, CA any longer. I know a couple of your employees and I like the service they have given their service. I was also given a price for service that is better than the one I was paying before. I thank Lucas Poteet for telling me about Terminix, the payment options that would cover the services I needed and of course the price. He also did the initial service and made sure that I understood what he was doing, answered all my questions and best of all there was no HARD SELL on his part. He listened to me. THANK YOU.

The tech called before arrival. He asked me about the spots that needed attention; he informed of the type of spray he was using. He also informed me to call back if I had any further problems with pests. It was a great service ccall. Thanks Terminix

I've been with Terminix for more than 30 years. Your service technicians are very professional, and do an outstanding job servicing my home. I really appreciate Terminix's senior citizen discount too. It is very helpful to retired people on a fixed income.
