Your techs were extremely friendly and informative. Although I couldn't be on the property during the treatment, I felt they were thorough and trustworthy.
My negative is that the inspection quote document is a bit difficult to understand.
The service person was knowledgeable and competent. Completed work in a timely manner, cleaned up any debris that was created during treatment. Thoroughly explained what was done and what we could expect from Terminix in the future.

Great customer service actually show up when they say they will and the tech went out of his way to answer questions about a structure that wasn't even on their contract now that's just good business
Well I like the mosquito service even though I paid for the termite inspection service and supposedly a service tech is finally coming out here to do the inspection Wednesday from 1-3pm. When I paid for the service a lot earlier this year and your company was supposed to come out June the 9th and no one texted me or called me to tell me they were not coming.
Rep and auditor were both very professional and friendly. Good communication and made sure that I had direct phone numbers for contact if something comes up.

We have had excellent service from our pest control provider, Kevin Barstow. Wish I could say the same for our Termite service which was due the end of June and we are still waiting. Your products are excellent. Wish all of your reps could be as reliable as Kevin
