He explains what he’s going to do so that I’m aware of what’s going. He’s patient when I ask what is probably dumb questions, but thoroughly answers.

For the most part, I usually have good interactions with my Terminix techs. My usual tech Adam is great. Sometimes if I get someone else, the only thing that bothers me is that they wont reach out or message me the night before they come. I typically work 6 out of 7 days of the week and our back gate doesn't open from the outside. So if a tech needs to get into our backyard to service it, we can't make sure its open for them if they don't let us know ahead of time that they're coming.
That's pretty much all I ask for. Let us know the night before a service so if we can't be home for it, then at least we can make sure our backyard (Which REALLY usually needs the service, especially our back porch area) gets worked on. Other than that, keep Rockin'!
It’s only been about a week or two and am satisfied so far. The service rendered has been very professionally provided. Michael and Stephen are very kind and courteous.
The technicians are always professional and pleasant. They make sure that they give me full feedback on what was done and what they observed. Very consistent!
