So far, no termite damage, so I am satisfied and like it that they don't spray and use bait system instead. I also like that they have promptly replaced bait lids damaged by my yard men at no extra charge.

Sorry to see technician come out on a Sunday. No problem with us but felt sorry for him. After he completed his inspection, went over everything with husband. No swarms this year like we had the previously years when baits were planted in various places around our house. Drove me nuts when they swarmed INSIDE my home two years in a row after Terminix came out.
