The tech that has been assigned to me, Warren Rodgers, has always been available to spray the interior of our house. Although we are often at work when we are not there he knows how to get around to both courtyards. And, if necessary he will return. His photos that describe his process are excellent. Please thank him for us.

Everyone I have ever dealt with has been efficient and friendly, very professional. The man who does my quarterly service, Warren, is fantastic! I've had the attic insulation installed and the guys who've done that were also very easy to deal with and great at explaining and answering my questions. I have recommended Terminix to friends.

Alura is AMAZING and deserves a raise!! She stayed in constant contact, actually showed up (that's saying something in TX!!), was knowledgeable and confident in her work. She had no issues crawling up in my attic or under the house and I admire that. Chis did our termite stuff, he was nice and got straight to work. He was professional and I felt explained everything clearly to me. And Cameron, well, he is our hero!! He did an amazing job on our attic, explained everything he was doing. He was fast and efficient and showed me photos (I refuse to go up there) of everything. We've not yet seen or heard from Zane regarding rescheduling the actual pest control, so I cannot speak to him yet. They are supposed to come back out to put in one more termite trap and check the glue strips in the attic, so hopefully that will happen. I've found in TX that "customer service" is not really a thing. Oh, and they completed 2 of the 3 jobs within 2 business days, super fast!! So far, I've been extremely impressed with Terminix's commitment to making me happy. :)
