Glenn was very professional, was quick to respond and answered all questions that were asked. He never once made me feel uncomfortable and was easy to work with. He assured me that the problem would be taken care of and I believe that 100%. Ivan was also easy to work with and made the treatment look like an easy task. He fixed all drilled holes and made it look like nothing was done to the foundation. I’m giving them a 10/10 for how polite and well equipped they were during our interactions.
