I have been happy with my Terminix account over the years. I have a problem with sugar ants and carpenter ants since my home os in a beautifully wooded area. Yermij8x service has been timely in response to attacks. They respond quickly and thoroughly.

The service is always very good and we don't see too many spiders and ants anymore. Having said that, we think the service price is a bit high for what is covered by the plan. Our payments are monthly and our service visits are quarterly. We assume some people with quarterly visits are calling every 4-6 weeks asking for special visiting because they see 5 spiders and 12 ants or some other bug covered in the plan. We just wouldn't so that. Also we have a 2 story house and we don't think there is any special/separate treatment for the eaves on the 2nd floor.
