Everyone who I've encountered - from the person (Diego) who comes to handle the upkeep of my service - to the men who came to handle the mice issue in my attic -- were all professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. The best part of all, of course, is that I no longer am concerned about yellow jackets, mice or other pests getting into my house.
