We just moved into a rental and the first night discovered it was infested with bed bugs. Terminix was very quick to do a free inspection and the next day do a treatment. It has been 4 days since the treatment and we have not seen any activity!

There is one reason for the "10". That's Jimmie, our service specialist. He always takes the time to see how it's going, any complaints or insect problems. He also does an outstanding job keeping the bugs at bay. Terminix is a bit pricey, but Jimmie makes the difference.

Because of Jimmie the man that does our inspection and spraying! We have been offered better prices but will stick with Terminix as long as he does our service.
