My first impression was not great. I called and scheduled an initial visit. On the day of my scheduled visit, no one ever showed up. I called and asked why, and initially got the run around. Eventually, after the third person I talked to , she was very helpful and put me in touch with the supervisor, Reggie. He was also very helpful and professional. He made accommodations to get someone to my house a couple days later, even with their schedules already tight. The guy that came to my house, Raymond, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Visit was quick and easy.
