MASON !! He's AMAZING! we trust him to be at our house when we are not at home ourselves. He is malicious and watching for signs of critters we don't want to be our roommates. He has detailed notes of all his service calls so we see what was done each time he visits. We are able to see exactly what we are paying for and can see it is worth every penny. He goes beyond in our opinion. Our granddaughter was diagnosed with cancer and we were concerned about the chemicals he used so he not only sent us a list of what he uses but research showing it would be safe giving us peace of mind. He could've just said trust me or use a sales tactic but he understands our concerns and talked to us and showed us it would be safe to continue to use his service. That alone is why we pay every month for Mason he's became a trusted friend and we appreciate all he does for our family. We recommend him to everyone.

Our tech Shawn Browning is always so courteous and efficient. He never fails to contact us and see if we need any specific areas treated and asks if we are satisfied with the service. We rarely see a bug....and it is dead when we find it! So we can't ask for a better product and tech.
