Friendly, communicative, and responsive techs. Greg Wood does a great job. He responds to my questions and takes good care of our home, cabin and barn. In addition, Roger Gregory, who was the initial Terminix Supervisor that evaluated our property, not only made a great first impression but has continued to answer my questions.
