The reason I gave a 9 and not 10 is for the confusing way the Multipoint inspection is handled. when no signs of termites or rodents are detected, pictures taken, why have the termite inspector also come a week or so later to do another termite inspection? Especially since businesses are doing their best to cut cost, eliminate any unnecessary expenditures, this just seems like double work..

Kelly Cox does a very good job of letting me know when he will be at my house and spraying for bugs. Terminex also checks my house annually for termites..

Pleased overall. Dylan, our pest control quarterly service tech, does a great job and communicates very well. Megan, the most recent termite inspection tech, was not here particularly long and didn’t give much verbal feedback but we trust all was ok.
