The technician was very thorough, he told us what he was doing and why he was doing it.We seen a change in the roach activity not long after he left. He gave us a lot of relief. Me and my wife are very pleased with the job he did.

Regarding all technicians I've dealt with that sprayed my property, including the gentleman who came out yesterday who was nice enough to lock my gate back, I give a 10. But I had issues with customer service doing what they said they were going to do and I didn't have an invoicing process explained to me correctly so I thought I was being overcharged. That's why I gave a 9.
