The only suggestion I would have is that the person coming leave a message if they receive an answering machine especially if it does not come up with Terminix on the number. That way we know when to expect them.

We have had Terminix for many years. They come regularly to spray the house, inside and out. IF I have an "emerge" problem such as wasps on my front porch they come in a timely manner to eliminate them. You do need to work on notifying scheduled visits earlier.

Our service tech is very Polite, Friendly, ask about any concerns we may have. He is very attentive to our questions, & concerns, addressing all with a positive attitude. He is the most through tech. we have ever had doing our quarterly service, & we have had this service for over 50 years.Dakota Sewell calls us the night before to let us know what time he will be here. He does a GREAT JOB!
