Brian Stephens recently came to my home to check my termite bait stations. He is the consumate professional in his demeanor and character. He has checked my bait stations two years in a row and he is consistent and reliable. Each time, Brian methodically and carefully checked my bait stations. He doesn't cut corners!! I highly recommend asking to have Brian treat your home for termites so that the job is done RIGHT. Thank you, Brian!

The techs have been very polite as well as helpful when they come to treat the house and property. They have also come when I asked for assistance with treatments outside the regular appointments, such as when I found a hornet nest on my front porch. The one thing I would say is that I would like to have more notice when they schedule an appointment. And they need to make sure that their name will be identified on my telephone. If I do not recognize the telephone number I do not answer the call.

I liked the professionalism of Isaiah, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, I used Orkin for years and it became very difficult to deal with their lack of customer satisfaction. Terminex is so thorough and knowledgeable about pest control. So happy I made the switch.
