Tonisha is the technician who takes care of our home. She has that rare professional knowledge combined with an overflowing courtesy that is seldom found in the people we encounter today. She goes out of her way to answer all questions and to inquire about any problems we might be experiencing.

not a 10 because of the price. The installers who removed and installed attic insulation were awesome. they cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and showed up on time. we had issues with mice and the work they did should eventually rid the house of mice or so we were told.this week we saw 5 mice. caught 4 .. appointment in two days for a recheck and answere our concerns

Terminix does a great job of keeping on schedule with follow up visits and protecting our home from pests! Their representatives are professional and timely and alert you prior to the visit and give an update when on the way so you know when to expect them. Always helpful in answering questions too!

Because Logan Petty. He has always been great at his job and very polite and personable, all tho I have had a few that I really thank you for not sending back to my house.
