Very responsive to the call ins for "hot buttons". The regular scheduled maintenance is like clock work. Terminex is flexible and will work with us if a timeline needs adjustment.

Sam!!! is the BEST she always shows excellent detail with her reports and her willingness to take care of the apartments that she services. she is one of the reasons I will continue to use Terminix because of SAMS's excellent customer service. The process was very slow and frustrating when Terminix merged with Rentokil. The invoice process was terrible. We did finally find someone in the company who helped us get all of the invoices up to date and we really appreciate her help.
