Our representative is AMAZING. She absolutely knows how to resolve issues and goes over and beyond in trying to accommodate what we need. She ever offered to come out and remove anything that was captured on our glue sticks. We are extremely pleased!!!!!

Very responsive to the call ins for "hot buttons". The regular scheduled maintenance is like clock work. Terminex is flexible and will work with us if a timeline needs adjustment.
