My Terminix tech Mario is always professional and helpful! He contacts me ahead of time so that I can be better prepared with scheduling services for my residents throughout my portfolio.
Very responsive to the call ins for "hot buttons". The regular scheduled maintenance is like clock work. Terminex is flexible and will work with us if a timeline needs adjustment.
Consistently good service. My only wish is that we would know when to expect service. We never know when it will happen until he's at the door. We don't want to expose our customers to the bug spray.
Sam!!! is the BEST she always shows excellent detail with her reports and her willingness to take care of the apartments that she services. she is one of the reasons I will continue to use Terminix because of SAMS's excellent customer service. You guys are lucky to have her, in my opinion

The process was very slow and frustrating when Terminix merged with Rentokil. The invoice process was terrible. We did finally find someone in the company who helped us get all of the invoices up to date and we really appreciate her help.
The technician who services the community here Samantha does an out-standing job treating our communities' units. She is always does a thorough, job. Samantha is respectful to all the residents and employees while she is on site, and willing to answer questions when asked. She treats the units as scheduled and communicates well with the office,
