I had to contact my technician as apparently I wasn’t scheduled until the end of May even though my last service was early February. I thought I was serviced every 3 months, not stretched to almost 4. Especially since it is spring and everything has come active!! Disappointed in service schedule, but technician was excellent.

When we lived in Texas we had local protection (not)..after repairs we were introduced to you. We moved to Alabama, purchased a home, and had your company included in the paperwork. I have been on auto pay for a long time. I was not aware it was inspection time, and was not home when you came. Thanks. I received a report by computer. I live in this big house basically alone for the past 10 years. I will not change anything as I am now in my 90+years.
