I have full confidence in Michael Pearson's ability to take care of our extermination needs; however, I have a problem with the changing rates without prior notification. I understand that supplies & personnel have increases but they don't just appear out of the blue. So if a new rate change has to take place, then I'd like to be notified prior to getting a bill or we might need to find other means of keeping up our extermination on our property.
