I sure like the girl that take care of my home. Like that they let know when they are coming and when they leave, I lost the text message that they sent me a couple days before the appointment then after she is done, she calls me and lets me know all the problems I had & if I had any concerns.

I like my Terminix person Amanda Batchelor. She has been taking care of my yard for several years. She has always been very thorough and particular for my needs in repelling bugs, insects, wasp especially, on her visits. Also, I would like to save more on my billing when I pay yearly.

They normally do a good job of removing spider, wasp and mud dabber nests from exterior surfaces of my home and porches. The tell me exactly what chemicals were used and what they are expected to do. I can have interior service at any time. If they see pest issues or exposures either outside or inside my home, they point them out and advise me about them. They are courteous, on time, let me know when they are enroute, and helpful.

When Mo comes to my house he tells me what he will be doing. He does it all in a short while and then he tells me all he has done and asks for my signature. I always give it right away because I know Mo has done a great job as he has in past years. I get photos if Mo sees anything unusual. I am glad he is still on the job because I know he will do what is needed every time he comes.
