No is a Great Service Technician, extremely customer oriented.

I have used Terminex for a long time. The men who come and protect my house do a good job. I am not a fan of all the sales pitches that, I think they are required to do. Free home inspection, termite inspection, mosquito treatment. You say they are services you provide, OK, that’s fine. If I tell the guys everything is good, then don’t upsale me. It gets annoying.

Young associate is very professional and courteous. Takes his time and listens to customer wishes and concerns. Working on a Saturday and still not rushing to finish assignments. Wish I could recall his name but blank on that unfortunately. He was out of Durant office.

Y'all are a good company and are good on ur prices. But I'm still seeing spiders on the back porch on inside and there not dying. So I was wanting to know if some could spray the inside of my porch with something that will kill them. The tech just sprayed but the spiders are still on back porch and they usually die but there not this time .

I had ants in my kitchen. The young man put out some bait and the ants were gone within the hour. Hopefully what he done on the outside will also rid me of this ant problem. The young man was very courteous and nice.

My tech, Levi has been spectacular! I have bugged him about things and he has always answered every question. He’s very trustworthy and always goes above and beyond what is asked of him. Other people that work at Terminex have also come to the house and done very high quality work. It’s all very appreciated
