Our service technician, Monique, is top-notch. She is diligent about spraying in all of our nooks and crannies once a month -- always with a genuine smile. She is knowledgeable and informative about the chemicals she is spraying our property with. We show her pictures of bugs we find through the month (mostly are dead) and she knows instinctively what they are and how to tailor our treatment.
