Technicians always call day before and then show up on time and leave a paper report.

I had drug store beetles a severe condition for many months. I got them from buying a small package of something with a cellophane top and it or them over time invaded my kitchen. I bought something at HD and it did kill them, however the problem persisted. Now its day 3 and Terminex appears to have solved it. Thank you.
