The Terminix inspector was thorough: he had to dive deep into our pretty gross crawlspace and gave us feedback about a few issues (not termite-related). He discovered a leak under our kitchen sink, which was pretty far into the crawlspace; we wouldn't have known about it if he hadn't been so thorough. Thanks!

The service inspection of the bait stations seemed to be satisfactory. But on a less than satisfactory note, the technician was 40 minutes late and never called or texted that he was behind. Our appointment was June 16, 2025 between 0[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED] hrs, he arrived at 1040 hrs. Said the system was down. Donā€™t need any system to call or text. He was quite nonchalant about the situation, never apologized, didnā€™t state he would do better. We donā€™t want Mr. Sandoval to return, desire another technician. One who is thoughtful.
