Took 3 phone calls to get an inspection scheduled for the sale of the house. It was very confusing as they were also scheduling the annual maintenance on the traps. Things were not made clear to us, so we're very surprised when the trap maintenance people came. All of the techs were very friendly and nice to work with. Even the phone people were very nice.

Chris, my new tech from the Fayetteville offices, was courteous, friendly, and after greeting me with an introduction was diligent about his work. I believe a supervisor was with him. The two gentlemen located as many bait stations as they could around my house and installed several to ensure my termite coverage was complete.

The young man who came out not only inspected the unit, but gave me a quick tutorial on how to spot active termites in other units.

My reason for my score is I know when my technician Lee is coming because he text me. Once he is here he knocks on my door he explains what he will be doing that day he also ask if we are seeing and visitors he's very nice and respectful
