Very satisfied with the service that Terminix provides. We had an issue and Terminix resolved it ASAP.

We are overall satisfied, though at a recent tenants' meeting, several people said that they still saw roaches. They were told that the technician is using "pet friendly" chemicals, and thought that perhaps they weren't strong enough. I don't know, but I think that not everyone is home when the person comes to service the building, which could be a problem.
