Rich, our technician is the best Terminix technician we have ever had! Please don't change his route! Rich is prompt, very knowledgeable and proactive in taking care of our large commercial property and delivers the best customer service. Any pest concerns we have are addressed right away. He deserves a customer service award and a big pay raise!
