Colton was professional, courteous, and thorough. The only suggestion I have is that prior to an on-site visit please call in advance to arrange a meeting date & time. We're farmers so we're usually here, but if for some reason we weren't, your rep would arrive and not be able to inspect our buildings. Thank you!
