when I notice a pest problem a technician is sent out within 24 hours to deal with it. any non emergency can be discussed with the tech when he is here for a scheduled visit and it is promptly addressed.

Garrett does the mosquito abatement at our house. He is very thorough and caring. We have a cat who hides in the bushes and digs in the dirt outside. I told Garrett that I was worried about our cat getting into the poison from the mosquito spraying. Garrett suggested that I keep him in til the spraying was finished. But BC (cats name) wants outside early. Garrett agreed to come and spray for mosquitoes from 7:30 am til 8:30 then I could let BC out. I really appreciate the coordination with my and BC's schedule. And the spraying takes care of the mosquito problem mostly. And if it doesn't then Garrett comes back and sprays some more. Thank you for Garrett and this extra special service.

The technician was kind and spoke to me before and after his work. I’m not totally sure he looked at each of the termite traps; there was no evidence that all of them had been touched as they were stilll covered with dust and dirt.
