Inspection and treatment from both the rodent control specialist and the general pest control technician were very professional and thorough. They both did an excellent job of letting us know what they found and what remedial measures they took.

Most everything was excellent, however the scenario from the consulting technician, the office and from the service technician all had variation to the actual procedure. Also, even though the service technician was excellent what should’ve been minimum two people he worked alone. Otherwise, I was very happy with the results and look forward to the second treatment.

These guy's are worth every penny, because they exceed in excellence in every way. Over the last seven years, they have continuously communicated, and kept my property "bugs belly up" and mosquitoes away. I appreciate no mosquitoes and dead bugs, moreover communication explaining what's crawling about my property throughout the night. Rat's attracts predators, and out near the river, opossum are often lurking in trees or walking the fence. It's nice to remain in the loop with the pros.

My technician Sean Putnam is the best!! Communication is very important. He calls & texts me a few days before his arrival. He contacts me the day of the service to let me know he is on his way. When he arrives he lets me know what he is going to do. He lets me know when he has completed the job. I have dogs so it is very important to know before I let the dogs out. Thank you Sean for the great Terminex service!!
