They let you know when they are coming out days in advance. When the tech arrives you can explain what pest issue you're having and they are good at treating that particular issue. As well they clean the entire extior of the house from spiderwebs and other bugs that might be around. As well for no additional charge if bugs and pests are still around they will come out and spray with no additional costs.
