We went from a private exterminator to Terminex about six years ago. The difference was dramatic. I went from a problematic situation (fairly common roach sightings and an exterminator who whined, "I'm doing my best") to a roach-free, very sanitary restaurant operation. Service person is very professional and provides good service. While we love to work with Terminix and give you a 10 for the professional service provided, we would need to get accommodation for another time. We are currently receiving the service once a month at 8:30 am and that time does not work for us because the majority of the residents are at work.
