Well I switched from another Pest Control company that I had been for a long time and am a little concerned if I made the right decision. There was some differences of opinion of what kind of bug we had. I was relieved to know if was not bedbugs. The inspector Ron said it was regular tiny roaches the tech who came out to spray said at first they were termites then after I should him the bugs that I had collected in a ziploc he said they were Rover Ants. Needless to say I was unsatisfied with the difference in opinions. I offered to Ron to take the bugs I had collected and he said that he would just take a picture. I would have thought then that would have been shared with the tech coming so he knew what he would be spraying for but he informed it was not.

Terminix was able to come out quickly when we needed some pest control for ants on a new home we had just moved into. They sprayed and successfully stopped the ants from coming in. They will be returning to do the attic Tuesday. The gentleman who serviced our home was punctual and informative.

Terminix has been great except eliminating a problem with ants inside our house. The technicians come in and spray, but cannot eliminate the problem. We have this problem until they decide to finally leave. We have had no problems with the technicians. They have all been great.
