The technicians were great and took care of the problem. However, your SMAC sucks they are not helpful at all and I’ve given me four different emails that come back is undelivered. I am not happy with them at all.

Ron came to investigate. He was very knowledgeable and showed me pictures from the attic. Wood termites. Explained treatment and was very sure it was what I needed. Tyler came the next day to treat. Both were very nice.

Terminix and a termite tenting company PEST tented our house. We were adequately prepared by Terminix. The tenting company upon arrival could have been a little more complete in their instruction on what they were going to do. Overall it was done without any problems.

Our Terminix pest control Tech Jarred does an excellent job. He not only sprays and inspects but he cleans the spider webs from our porch and lanai screens. Well spoke and polite man. Thank you for a great service.

Our Terminex service technician in Fort Myers, Florida is Miranda Harrison. She always notifies us a couple of days before coming, and then again on the day she arrives. She’s very thorough in her work and treats the areas that are scheduled along with any special needs. She provides prompt and informative feedback about her findings and adds to call her if we should need additional treatments before our next scheduled appointment. On top of all this her pleasant personality makes for a satisfying and pleasant experience.

I noticed that one of the bait stations was gone and probably destroyed by the lawn mower person. The bait station was replaced, and the others were checked and repaired. The tech also checked all the stations and replaced the bait. He was very courtious and pleasant.
