Terminix employees are knowledgeable and professional and always do a thorough job. Todd came last week and politely informed me what he was planning to do and informed me of his last visit as well (when I wasn't at home). I appreciated him taking the time to take me through his plan and then quietly get it done. Also, because of our help from Terminix, there is NO sign of any type of termites.
