We have been using Terminix for many years. For all these years, we have had the same technician, Kip Wilson, who is polite, responsive to the pest issues, and successful in ridding us of whatever pest we encounter. Occasionally, we have had to request a return between visits due to a specific pest problem. Terminix and Kip have always responded quickly and efficiently. I rate Kip and Terminix a 10 because they have always been responsive, understanding, and reliable.

I was not home during this most recent visit but my experiences with the majority of the technicians have been quite pleasant. They inform me of their arrival, anything they observe/findings, recommendations, and when they leave. All in a highly professional manner.

My technician, Alvin Price, always notifies my in advance of the date he plans to provide my service, thoroughly explains what he is going to do, and provides a service ticket showing what was accomlished.
