He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, trustworthy, and courteous. We are very pleased with the service he provides and will continue with Terminix as long as Mr. Dillard is our assigned technician.

Khup Sing is the best exclusion technician I have had working on my property. Frankly others made me doubt my purchase of Exclusion coverage. Khup makes me want to keep the coverage. Please be sure Mason Henderson is aware of this feedback.

Archie Donaldson is, for the past 4 years, the very best part of our pest control experience. Terminix is so lucky to have him, and I hope they realize how incredible he is. Since Archie started his visits in 2022, we have had ZERO pest complaints, even after moving into a home with serious rodent, ant, and stink bug infestations. He is professional and thorough, and we hope to work with Archie for decades to come.
