Our service tech, Alvin Price, was extremely professional, personable and thorough. He went above and beyond to explain everything he did and why, and educate us about the insects and critters in and around our home as well as the woods beside the house. When I found a hornets nest by a screen door, I texted him and he was there in an hour to remove it. Amazing service! My only reason for nine out of ten rating is the higher pricing, which we find worth it but may be an obstacle for some homeowners.
