Great technician! Thorough and professional. I showed him photos of droppings and he treated area and gave me suggestions. After he left I had my contractor cut and cover an easy attic access panel in the hallway for my next inspection.

Our service specialist - Bryan Cook - did a wonderful job both helping to begin to diagnose the problem of bug bites and also started to implement the first step towards mitigating. We may need to go to the next step to spray the indoors and want to specifically request Bryan to do the work! Great work ethic, kind, patient, and actually listened to our concerns - thank you!
