I took off one point due to a few hiccups in service a couple of years ago but since then, my service has been great. The issues I had previously may have been on the actual techs not showing up or it could've been because the office didn't have a manager for a period. I ended up going to upper/regional management about my issues and it was immediately addressed and my service is back to the same exceptional service I had for years with Terminix prior to that period of hiccups. Mostly my great review of service is due to the tech professional, Hugo, assigned to my area. He's great! Always efficient, thorough and courteous and gives informative explanation about the service. He is an asset to the company.

I'm not up to date on the competition so it's difficult to give any higher a score. I have noticed price increases almost every year without any explanation, even before the more recent inflation. Clifford White has been great. Always wears his shoe covers whenever he comes into the house and remembers things about our house from previous inspections.
